Beat This, Apple: Samsung Galaxy S9 Could Feature Nearly Invisible Bezels

Rumor has it that the Samsung Galaxy S9 won’t come with too many dramatic changes, though some important hardware upgrades will still happen, including refinements to the phone’s bezels.

While this isn’t the first time we hear about Samsung reducing the size of the bezels on the Galaxy S9, a new report from SamMobile and citing an unnamed tipster indicates that the South Korean firm could go as far as achieving a screen-to-body ratio of no less than 90 percent.

This is without a doubt an important milestone in terms of phone design, and a substantial upgrade from the existing generation which features a screen-to-body ratio of just 84 percent. Apple’s iPhone X is currently at 82.9 percent.
