Apple Releases iOS 9.3.1 to Fix a Bug That Caused Web Links to Crash Apps

Apple has released today, March 31, 2016, the first point release for the recently announced iOS 9.3 software update for supported iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices, fixing an annoying bug reported by many users.
