Apple just released a few moments ago the first minor update to the iOS 11 mobile operating system for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices, bringing various bug fixes and improvements to your iPhone and iPad devices.
iOS 11.0.1 is an unexpected update, but it’s more than welcome as it promises to address various bugs and issues, as well as to further improve the mobile OS for supported iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. The software update is available for iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus devices as well.
Two builds are available for download, 15A402 and 15A403, from the downloads page on your Apple Developer account, but if you’re updating via OTA (Over-the-Air) update system, you’ll get the version that corresponds to your device. More specifically, iOS 11.0.1 build 15A403 is targeted only at iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus devices.
