If you ever wanted a green iPhone but eventually settled with the more famous Space Gray, then there’s a chance that you actually got a green iPhone anyway.
The only difference is that it’s green on the inside, as some people have recently come across what it’s obviously a bug that’s causing their displays to show a green tint all of a sudden.
At this point, it’s not clear if this is a hardware or a software issue, and at some level, this is good news because it gives hope the whole thing can be fixed with a new iOS update.
Many seem to claim that the whole thing appears showed up after installing iOS 13.5 and the green tint is visible when unlocking their phones. Others indicate that it goes away all by itself after a while and the green tint can be noticed only at random times.
