Apple Watch owners are now receiving notifications about the “Ring in the New Year Challenge” achievement, which can be earned throughout the month of January 2018.
Just like last year, Apple is giving users the “Ring in the New Year Challenge” achievement in 2018 if they satisfy its requirements. It’s a one-off, special challenge that must be earned within a particular time frame, during seven days in a row throughout the entire month of January 2018.
Apple wants its users to start the new year strong, and will award Apple Watch wearers with the “Ring in the New Year Challenge” achievement, which was first introduced in January 2017. So if you didn’t catch the achievement this year because you didn’t had an Apple Watch, you could earn it in 2018.
