Apple Store Down Ahead of Black Friday Deals Kickoff

It’s Black Friday and Apple obviously couldn’t miss the occasion to be part of the fun with its very own discounts on products and accessories, so the company took the Apple Store down in anticipation of the kickoff expected at midnight.

Making the Apple Store unavailable for a few hours before important releases or sales is a common practice for the company, so before you think of anything like hacking or DDoS attacks, that’s absolutely not the case.

This is Apple’s very own way to fuel the excitement before eagerly-awaited moments, and it usually makes fans across the world refresh the page every second to make sure they don’t miss any big discount.

Visitors to the website are greeted with the typical message that reads “we’ll be back, we’re busy updating the Apple Store for you. Please check back soon.”
