Only one day after releasing the final versions of the iOS 10.2.1, macOS 10.12.3 Sierra, tvOS 10.1.1 and watchOS 3.1.3 operating systems, Apple today seeded the first Beta builds of iOS 10.3, macOS 10.12.4, and tvOS 10.2.
These are available only to registered developers, at the moment of writing, and they are tagged as build 14E5230e for iOS 10.3 Beta, build 16E144f for macOS 10.12.4 Beta, and build 14W5222d for tvOS 10.2. A new Beta version of the Xcode 8.3 IDE (Integrated Development Environment) is also available for download from the same location.
