This was unexpected, but it looks to us like Apple is almost finished with the development cycle of the upcoming iOS 10 and macOS 10.12 Sierra operating systems, and it just released the fourth Public Betas to public beta testers.
The Public Beta 4 builds of iOS 10 and macOS Sierra are here just a few hours after Apple seeded the fifth Betas of iOS 10, macOS 10.12 Sierra, watchOS 3, tvOS 10, and Xcode 8 to developers enrolled in its Apple Developer program.
We said it’s unexpected because we don’t remember last time when Apple released a Public Beta a few hours after a Developer Beta, so this can only mean that the job on the upcoming operating system is almost over.
