The iPhone X is pretty much the biggest overhaul of Apple’s flagship product in history, so you’d normally expect former and current company executives to buy it as soon as it goes on sale.
But as far as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is concerned, the iPhone 8 is a much better choice, revealing in an interview with CNBC that he won’t be buying the anniversary model on day 1.
“I’d rather wait and watch that one. I’m happy with my iPhone 8 — which is the same as the iPhone 7, which is the same as the iPhone 6, to me. For some reason, the iPhone X is going to be the first iPhone I didn’t — on day one — upgrade to. But my wife will, so I’ll be close enough to see it,” he said.
