After a couple of iPhone generations that produced less excitement than previous models, the iPhone X is ready to go on sale with people camping in front of Apple Stores, just like in the good old times.
And given the huge demand for the device, coupled with the limited supply that Apple prepared for the November 3 launch, spending the night waiting in line at an Apple Store seems to be the only way to make sure you get an iPhone X.
Apple, however, won’t allow people to form a line several days before, according to this reddit user who said he talked to Apple Store officials on camping outside the stores.
This means that you can’t go to your nearest Apple Store today and wait for an iPhone X. Instead, you’ll be allowed to start a line at approximately 2 AM on Friday ahead of the morning opening time of each store. You’re recommended to go there on Thursday night thoug… (read more)
