WhatsApp has just released a major update for its iOS app, this time with some actual goodies that users can try out right now after installing the new version.
First and foremost, WhatsApp has added more advanced wallpaper support, so starting with version 2.20.130, users can actually enable different backgrounds per each chat and customize the appearance of the wallpaper even further.
“New wallpapers give your chats a fresh new look. You can now set custom wallpapers per-chat, separate wallpapers in dark mode, and choose from a refreshed wallpaper gallery or different colors over the default doodle background,” WhatsApp explains in the official release notes published in the App Store.
