While the Apple Watch Series 8 didn’t bring too many big changes in terms of design and features to the existing Apple Watch customer base, Apple Watch Ultra introduced lots of new goodies.
With a larger screen, a more rugged display, and plenty of new and exclusive features, Apple Watch Ultra, therefore, became Apple’s latest and greatest smartwatch.
And needless to say, many expected the Cupertino-based tech giant to continue this approach of keeping the Apple Watch Ultra a pioneer on all fronts in 2023 as well.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem very likely right now. Analyst Jeff Pu says in an investor note that the Apple Watch series is unlikely to get any massive upgrade this year, most likely as Apple will focus on modest improvements under the hood.
