The new iPhone XR will be available for pre-order on Friday, October 19 at 12:01 a.m. PST on the Apple Store app and apple.com, and it will go on sale in more than 50 countries on Friday, October 26, according to Apple’s Newsroom.
The iPhone XR was officially unveiled on September 12 during an event taking place at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino as a more affordable alternative to the iPhone XS and XS Max.
Moreover, the iPhone XR comes in a smaller format featuring a 6.1-inch LCD Liquid Retina HD display unlike the XS and XS Max which comes with 5.8- and 6.5-inch OLED Super Retina HD displays.
