It’s no longer a secret that Apple is already working on a new-generation iPhone SE, but so far, the company has remained completely tight-lipped on everything related to this device.
The most recent reports on the iPhone SE 4 suggested the device could be based on the iPhone XR, and without a doubt, this makes a lot of sense.
On the other hand, such an approach suggests the device would be substantially bigger, with Apple to pretty much kill off the smaller iPhones once and for all.
But according to display expert Ross Young (via 9to5mac), the strategy that Apple wants to use for the next-generation iPhone SE is not yet set in stone. In other words, the Cupertino-based tech giant hasn’t yet decided whether it wants the next iPhone SE to be based on the iPhone XR or not.
