The first iPhone that will come with an OLED display could feature panels manufactured by LG and Samsung, as both companies are very close to signing deals with Apple, according to a new report.
Rumor has it that Apple won’t be making the switch from LCD panels to AMOLED until 2018 or 2019 at the earliest, so with a little luck, iPhone 8 could be the very first model to feature such technology.
