Apple has started shipping the new iPhone 14 models to customers across the world, and information from the supply chain reveals that the company is already seeing strong demand for Pro models.
As a result, the company has asked its suppliers to reduce the production output of the iPhone 14, a version that’s believed to be recording lower demand, and focus on the iPhone 14 Pro, whose current market performance is much more solid.
According to Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the iPhone 14 Pro Max is the big star of the show, as it’s currently the number one iPhone 14 model out there. It accounts for over 30 percent of all sales, which means that 3 in 10 iPhone 14 units wear the Pro Max badging.
