iOS 9 was officially released on September 16, 2015, and in the next two weeks, 47% of all iOS devices were upgraded to use Apple’s latest iOS release.
As reported by Localytics, even though it managed to be installed on almost half of all iOS devices available on the market, iOS 9 did not manage to reach the speed of adoption iOS 7 received.
