A few minutes ago, January 11, 2016, Apple started seeding the first Beta build of the iOS 9.3 mobile OS for iPhone, iPad or iPod touch developers that are enrolled in the Apple Developer program.
Who ever thought of that? Apple starting development on the next major version of its powerful mobile operating system, iOS 9.3, while they’re still working hard on fixing bugs for the upcoming point release of the iOS 9.2 build.
