Apple’s iOS 12.1.4 comes to resolve several bugs in the operating, including the already infamous FaceTime bug that allows some users to see and hear others without them even answering calls.
But while the OS update was supposed to significantly improve the experience with iPhones and iPads, it also introduces other issues, which users who installed it are discovering the hard way.
As reported by Forbes, iOS 12.1.4 breaks down cellular data and Wi-Fi connectivity, and in some cases, iPhones don’t even recognize the SIM.
As you might remember, this is an issue that has been reported occasionally since the debut of iOS 12, and by the looks of things, this update only makes the matter much worse.
