FI-NAL-LY! iPhone Owners Can Use PayPal in the App Store

Apple today announced that PayPal would be added as a supported payment method for content in the App Store, iTunes, and Apple Music, with customers in Canada and Mexico to get it first. The United States and other countries will get this soon, the company says.

As some users recalled, PayPal has previously been available for Apple users, though support appeared to be very limited until the feature was eventually pulled, with only a limited number of users in specific markets still being able to connect with PayPal.

Starting today, however, PayPal will be offered as a supported payment method for apps, games, and music, alongside the traditional credit card that you can add in your account when setting it up.
