El Capitan has yet to be released but rumor has it the first public and official release should be due on September 30th 2015, just a couple of weeks away if you really think about it.

This should be the final beta available for developer preview OS X El Capitan 10.11 beta version for Mac that has been made available for download officially by Apple for OS X developers, non-developers and general public users worldwide.
