Before going all in with a product, a serious company gets it through a series of tests and it comes to smartphones, it releases some prototypes for internal testing, which usually feature different specs.
We have no doubt that Apple’s products need to go through similar testing processes, most likely more complex than we can imagine. One of the decisions the Cupertino-based company must take for the next year’s iPhone is the size of the display and if it would be wise to launch three versions of its flagships in 2017.
One of the most recent rumors that made headlines is the fact that Apple might release three iPhone 8 models next year with different displays: 4.7-inch, 5-inch, and 5.5-inch. All three versions would feature glass backs made by Biel and Lens.
