One of the most controversial moments in tech this year was the removal of the headphone jack on Apple’s iPhone 7 and pretty much everyone made fun of the company, especially after Cupertino executives described this as an act of courage.
As one of its key competitors, Samsung was one of the first to mock Apple for making it impossible to listen to music with wired headphones and to charge the iPhone at the same time after the removal of the 3.5mm audio port, promising to keep this super-popular feature alive on its next models.
Now guess what Samsung is planning to do.
