Apple’s 2018 iPhone trio is expected to include a 6.1-inch more affordable model that would give up on super-premium features in return for a lower price.
The device would thus sport LCD instead of OLED, a metallic body, no dual-camera system, no wireless charging, and possibly no 3D Touch, all in an attempt to keep the price tag as low as possible.
And according to an analyst forecast, Apple is likely to embrace a strategy that it used before for the iPhone 5c as it tried to differentiate this more affordable model from its more expensive siblings: new colors.
