Bad News for Apple as Supplier Finds Cracked Camera Coatings on iPhone 12

We’re only approximately one month away from the moment when Apple will officially take the wraps off the new iPhone 12, and the closer we get, the more information about the device reaches the web.

This time, however, it’s not a technical detail but a tidbit related to the production process of the new iPhone, as analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reveals that the an Apple supplier discovered a manufacturing defect on the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

More specifically, Genius Electronic Optical conducted a series of high temperature and high humidity tests and noticed that some iPhone 12 models come with cracked coatings on the camera lenses.
