Apple Wanted to Launch an iPhone 7 Pro This Year but Ditched the Plan – Report

If you’re an Apple enthusiast who’s keeping an eye on all reports regarding upcoming products, you certainly know that there have been rumors claiming that the company wanted to launch not two, but three iPhone models this year in September.

Leaks that have reached the web in the last few months have also brought forward this idea, suggesting that, in addition to the standard 4.7-inch and the Plus models, Apple also planned to unveil an iPhone 7 Pro coming with a Smart Connector and other exclusive features.

And it turns out that these reports aren’t entirely inaccurate, if we are to trust some sources cited by Japanese publication Nikkei in a story published today. Basically, here’s what the new report claims.
