Apple will take the wraps off the new iPhone 8 on September 12, a new report claims, with the company expected to start sending out invites to the press as soon as this week.
The Wall Street Journal reveals via undisclosed sources that Apple wants to use the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park for the launch, though recent drone footage has shown that the location is not yet fully ready.
It appears that Cupertino also has a plan B in case the new location isn’t ready in time for the September 12 unveiling of the new iPhone, and it could very well switch to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium should it have to.
