Apple Stops Signing iOS 13.2 Firmware to Prohibit Downgrades from iOS 13.2.2

Apple has stopped signing the older iOS 13.2 and iPadOS 13.2 firmware to prohibit downgrades from the latest release, iOS 13.2.2 and iPadOS 13.2.2.

Just a week after the release of the iOS 13.2.2 and iPadOS 13.2.2 software updates, which were more like emergency releases to address the multitasking issues reported by many users, Apple is no longer signing the previous iOS 13.2 and iOS 13.2 firmware that allegedly caused these issues.

Therefore, staring November 14th, 2019, you won’t be able to downgrade your iPhone or iPad running iOS 13.2.2 or iPadOS 13.2.2 to iOS 13.2 or iOS 13.2, or any previous version for that matter. This will also have a huge impact on the Jailbreaking community, which will be stuck with the older firmware that allows the to create the jailbreak.
