Earlier this week, several Apple services, including Apple Maps, the App Store, and Apple Music, went down mysteriously, making it impossible for users to connect to them.
While Apple didn’t provide too many specifics on the downtime recorded by its services, reports online suggested that even the internal services suffered an outage. Apple, however, restored everything after a couple of hours.
Fast forward to today, and here we are once again reporting on an outage experienced by Apple’s services.
The second outage of the week for Apple
The company has already confirmed that Apple Music, App Store, iMessage, Podcast, and Apple Books are all down at the time of press.
For example, Apple says that in the case of the App Store, users are unable to access the platform. The Mac App Store downtime blocks users from signing in or making purchases. When it comes to the Podcasts service, Apple only says it’s looking into the problem.
